Yes, it’s way too early to suggest with any certainty what the 2019 Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA) will be and how that might affect your Social Security benefit. Actual COLA for next year won’t be determined until October, because it’s based upon the CPI-W readings for the months of July-August-September of this year.
