Facts About Social Security

Most people barely know the basics about Social Security, even among those whose job revolves around the system. We all hear the bad news from Social Security, everything from fraud to identity theft, but for many Social Security is an integral and vital service. The Social Security System currently pays out $850 billion to 59 million Americans each year. This is the difference of keeping some of these seniors out of poverty in their retirement.
