In a new study published in the journal Health Affairs suggests that fee-for-service (FFS) Medicare might provide better skilled-nursing choices for its beneficiaries. The research team found that even if the person was in a five-star Medicare Advantage plan they still went to a lower-quality nursing home than someone in traditional Medicare. Read article here…
