Largest Demographic in Voting

Baby Boomers now share the top spot of most eligible voters with the Millennials. The Boomers peaked in the 2004 elections at 72.9 million eligible voters and have since fallen to 69.7 million and will continue to decline. Millennials caught up having 69.2 million voters in this election season and will keep rising. Although, Boomers may still have the most actual voters if trends remain the same from previous elections. In 2012 Millennials turned out at a rate of 46% while Boomers were at 69%.
