As I’ve explained in two previous responses to ocmments, I’ve re-examined the link attached to the item you referred to, and agree that it should be changed. It now points to a Social Security Administration site that discusses the matter in some detail. Having said that, though, let me point out that since that item was posted three years ago, the AMAC Foundation has created a service to answer specific Social Security questions. This free service–our Social Security Advisory Service–is staffed with trained and certified professionals who stand ready to address any questions you may have.
