West Virginia Tackles SSDI Fraud

In a statement posted on www.huntingtonnews.net by Patrick Morrisey, attorney general for West Virginia, discussed the state’s recently-launched Cooperative Disability Investigation Unit (CDI). Calling the CDI a “wake-up call for anyone who thinks about stealing from Social Security,” Morrissey outlined the way the Unit will work and what the potential results might be.
