Working in retirement? It’s a way of life for some

For many, retirement is not decades of leisure dozing in a hammock and remembering a lifetime of working.  Many senior are finding they have no desire to simply hang up on work, but rather want to continue being active.  The reasons are varied and obviously there’s some financial advantage, but for many there is the need for interaction with fellow workers, and the emotional well being that goes along with feeling needed.  This collaborative article appearing in The Watertown (NY) Daily Times relates some inspirational real life experiences of seniors who have chosen to continue working well past their normal retirement age.  Click here to read more.
