Social Security is no “Ponzi Scheme”

There are plenty of myths and accusations about how Congress has stolen Social Security’s assets or “borrowed” those dollars to fund other Government boondoggles, or that illegal immigration has drained the system from illegals’ collecting benefits, and that these are the reasons Social Security has financial issues. These are, of course, completely false accusations which nevertheless persist in the minds of those who aren’t bothered by the facts.  But one of the most damning and persistent myths is that Social Security is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme, and that simply isn’t the case, as explained in this Motley Fool article by Sean Williams.   1. Electronic Funds Transfer.was suppose to be safer but in Indonesia the electronic deposit goes from the US social security to some undetermined location. That is why Indonesia is the land of magic!
