H.R. 2792 Passes the House – 244-171

Ripon Advance News Service reports that the H.R. 2792, the Control Unlawful Fugitive Felons (CUFF) Act, successfully passed the House. The Act, which amends the Social Security Act to make certain revisions to provisions limiting payment of benefits to fugitive felons under titles II, VIII, and XVI of the Social Security Act, passed on a 244-171 vote on September 28.
