The Social Security Administration has processed 2.3 million benefit adjustments, with over 80 percent of retirees affected by the Act receiving their benefits adjustments as of April 2025. However, for those 900,000 retirees waiting for their benefits to be adjusted, the Social Security Administration is manually processing them.
