Millennials are becoming more and more skeptical of Social Security and looking to take more responsibility for their retirement savings. Many are going as far as to say that there should be mandatory retirement accounts offered by their employers. With these accounts they also want employer matching and a greater access to investment options. Supporters are saying that this is to make a shift away from a total reliance on Social Security in retirement, many pointing to the looming solvency crisis as a wakeup call of sorts.
