Boomers Express Need for Social Security Counseling

Maybe its a simple matter of chronological proximity, but a survey conducted in February by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. indicated that Baby Boomers have a stronger interest in Social Security counseling than close in the Millennial age cohort (birthdates in the early 1980s to the mid-1990s-early 2000s). Conversely, the study found that Millennial’s paid more attention to the benefits of employer-organized financial-planning services, perhaps recognizing the long-term challenges of amassing cash for future retirement. The survey also concluded that the distribution of feelings across age groupings is not equally distributed across income levels.
