What do six-figure earners get from Social Security?

Selena Maranjian of The Motley Fool shines a spotlight on high income earners in this piece.  Many six figure earners had lower incomes in their early working years.  In reality, they are subject to the same formula as everyone in that one’s highest 35 years of work history will be the basis for determining monthly benefits.  Of course the age when one starts benefits determines the amount as well.  Read the full piece here which includes a link to an on-line calculator to estimate benefits.
