Social Security Overpayment Situation Continues to Expand

A mid-December poll published by Newsweek shed new light on the breadth of Social Security’s overpayment problem really is, and a recent apology by acting commissioner Kilolo Kijakazi added additional fuel to the fire by doubling the agency’s estimate of the number of beneficiaries receiving clawback notices.
