SSA Commissioner on Insolvency: “There will always be a solution”
Speaking to reporters on a CNBC “Money Movers” video, SSA Commissioner Frank Bisignano addresses his perspective on the looming Social Security insolvency problem, stating, “There will always be a solution.” He outlined the program changes underway and the improvements already made, indicating that much of the future hinges on achieving the “digital first” status.
