Multifactor authentication is gaining acceptance - NAPA

People are no longer frustrated about multifactor authentication processes and other security measures on retirement plan websites and mobile apps, according to the latest J.D. Power’s U.S. Retirement Plan Digital Experience Study. Over half of the respondents stated that security is more important than convenience, and protecting their assets is crucial, even if it requires a longer login process.
