The small employers embracing retirement plans - Plan Advisor
A recent data analysis has found that the smallest U.S. employers are increasingly embracing workplace retirement plans. Smaller employers have historically had low plan participation rates; however, retirement plan participation increased to 31percent in 2026, up from 19 percent in 2019, representing 64 percent growth over the seven years.
