AMAC Continues Social Security and Health Care Advocacy Despite Snowstorm!

As winter storm Jonas descended on Washington, DC leaving over three feet of snow in its wake, the U.S. House of Representatives cancelled all votes and the Federal Government shuttered its doors for several days.  Thousands of flights were cancelled or delayed, roads were impassable, and the nation’s capital came to stand-still.

Boarding one of the first flights into Washington (despite long delays), Dan Weber landed late Monday night ready to carry on the Social Security and healthcare fight.  Undeterred from a little snow, and rescheduling over 40 meetings with Members, Leadership, and staff, Dan went to work—pounding the marble floors of the Capitol going from meeting to meeting.
