Another Set of Views on the Payroll Tax Debate
The on-going debate surrounding the recommendation by President Trump to abandon the payroll tax (the FICA tax designed to provide funding to Social Security) as a means to stimulate the economy in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic recorded another chapter yesterday via post by Forbes senior contributor Elizabeth Bauer.
