Do you have enough money saved for a comfortable retirement?

According to Blacktower Financial Management Group, to have a comfortable retirement the average working American needs to save at least $386,100. Blacktower estimates that a person would need 75 percent of their starting salary per year in retirement. This means a working adult earning the average national salary of $46,800 must start saving $8,775 a year from age 23 to age 67.   But is this goal achievable for most Americans, especially right now? Blacktower’s chart appearing on money.yahoo.com shows each year how much your retirement savings fund will grow starting from beginning of your career to retirement.
