Former President Joe Biden took to the stage in Chicago at the national conference of Advocates, Counselors and Representatives for the Disabled on April 15th. In his first speech since leaving office he railed against the Trump administration’s handling of Social Security. The speech drew mixed reactions from both Democrats and Republicans.
