Buchanan Speaks Out Against Medicare Advantage Cuts at Congressional Hearing

U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-Longboat Key) urged the Obama Administration to reverse cuts to subsidies to Medicare Advantage plans that are part of the Affordable Care Act.
