It is a fairly straightforward process which will then allow one to register for these five benefits on-line: Retirement or Spouse’s Benefits (must be at least 61 years old and 9 months in order to claim these benefits); Disability Benefits; Supplemental Security Income; Medicare; Help With Prescription Drug Costs.
