CMS releases 2017 Medicare premiums & deductibles.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released the 2017 Medicare premiums and deductibles data.  Though some projections had premiums increasing up to 22% for those not protected by the “hold harmless” provision, CMS announced that those higher earners who make up about 30% of Medicare beneficiaries would instead get a premium increase of 10%.  This Healthcare Finance article by Susan Morse explains the details.  Click here to read more.
