Complicated Social Security Rules

The rules for Social Security were recently changed and now many future retirees are left wondering how this affects their retirement plans. The changes were meant to remove two popular, but confusing, strategies that some were taking advantage of in order to boost their benefits through the use of loopholes in the system. This was meant to make the system easier to understand, however the way they went about removing these loopholes left the system even more confusing.
