Dudek Acknowledges Turmoil in Social Security Agency

Leland Dudek admits he has made some mistakes in the shakeup of the agency but will not be deterred from moving forward. He praised employees for continuing to do their jobs. In looking for ways to curtail fraud the agency will require identity verification by online or in person rather than on the phone.
