Fixing Social Security’s financial woes
You don’t have to be a political junkie to know that the Social Security program is having some financial difficulties. The interesting thing is that both political parties have active bills in Congress that could address those issues, with varying degrees of impact to the problem. What’s missing, according to this article by Motley Fool’s Sean Williams, is a spirit of cooperation by both Democrats and Republicans to take the best parts of the bills under consideration and jointly craft a viable solution.
