It’s no secret that many senior citizens aren’t as technologically astute as those in the younger generation. And due to budget constraints and staff reductions, the Government’s trend is to provide more and more of Social Security’s services online. Therein lies an opportunity for your grandchildren, nearly all of whom grew up with computer technology at their fingertips, to help you navigate Social Security’s online world of services, from simply researching what benefits are available to you, to actually applying for those benefits.
