Gun Ban Faced by Some Social Security Recipient’s Set for Review

Breitbart News and USA Today published recaps of Congressional plans to revisit the December, 2016 Obama Administration ruling that enabled the government to declare “some Social Security recipients unfit to own guns after they’ve been deemed mentally incapable of managing their financial affairs.” As reported by Breitbart and the LA Times, the ruling has an impact on Second Amendment rights of potentially more than four million Social Security recipients.
