Seven-year high on Social Security COLA in the wind?

The pundits at one of the most plentiful sources of Social Security-related news and opinion pieces–The Motley Fool–this week suggested that a very preliminary look at 2019’s Social Security cost-of-living adjustment points toward something in the 3.2% to 3.3% range, the highest in quite a while.
