Earlier this week, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) released its fact-based explainer document outlining in chart form a series of key facts about Social Security’s evolving fiscal crisis. Titled Social Security: Just the Facts, the educational product provides concise statistics that help to define the scope of Social Security and the reasons for the looming insolvency problem, concluding with logic supporting sooner-rather-than-later action on the matter.
