I am in the donut hole already and it is only May. Can I change plans now?
Answer: No. You can only change plans during Open Enrollment. If you get into the donut hole early in the year, you have a greater chance of getting out of it before year’s end. If you get out of the donut hole, you will be at the catastrophic coverage level, which is the strongest level of coverage.
