Kidney donor advocates for disability benefits

“Back in 2010, Sianini Faitala came to me and advised she had taken off work to donate a kidney to her aunt. So when she came back to work from the surgery she went to her HR office. She was advised the kidney operation was not covered because it was elective surgery and her claim had been denied.
