Kudos and the like to the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut

In this day and age when we read so much about wastefulness in private industry and government, it is a pleasure to congratulate the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut on its 40th anniversary. I know of few other government agencies that manage to accomplish so much with so little, and as a volunteer, serving on the agency’s advisory board, I have had a close-up view.
