Medicare 101 – Just in time for upcoming “Open Enrollment” Period - Yahoo! Finance

Medicare’s so-called “Open Enrollment” period is just around the corner, starting on October 7th. As most who delve into it know, Medicare is a fairly complex federal program with several different “parts,” each with a different purpose.
