Medicare Part A – What it costs and covers

Although by far the majority of beneficiaries do not pay a premium for Medicare Part A hospital insurance, some people who don’t qualify for the free coverage have to buy it, and for them the premium is costly.  And because of deductibles and coverage limits, there are still program costs everyone must absorb if they use the coverage.   But Part A doesn’t only cover inpatient hospital stays – it can also cover skilled nursing facility care, Hospice care and home health services, as this Fox Business article by Matthew Frankel explains.  Click here to read more.
