Sen. Harkin receives Starkloff Disability Institute Lifetime Achievement Award
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 21 (UPI) – U.S. Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, was the guest of honor Saturday night at the Starkloff Disability Institute’s annual party in St. Louis.
