America is in a retirement savings crisis. A recent survey from Charles Schwab reports that “almost half of the participants said inflation was the biggest obstacle holding them back from a comfortable retirement.” Taking care of themselves and their families is at the top of the list, and retirement planning is at the bottom. The survey participants – are all workers between the ages of 21 and 70 who have 401(k) plans; want help with their retirement planning.
