Stimulus Checks for Social Security Beneficiaries. How much?

Katie Brockman covers the topic so many Social Security recipients are wondering– will they get a second stimulus payment and if so how much?  Just like The CARES Act, retirees and Social Security beneficiaries are eligible to receive a second stimulus check — even if you didn’t file 2019 taxes.  The payment is $600 per person, though there is discussion another round of payments could happen soon, bumping the total to $2,000 per person.  Payments by direct deposit have already gone out.  Read the full piece here for the income thresholds and more.
