Study Suggests that Millions Are Missing Out on SSDI/SSI Benefits

According to a post by The National Desk’s Cory Smith, a sizeable number of Americans with disabilities are not receiving the full benefits available to them under current law. Smith cites the results of a study done by Stony Brook University School of Social Welfare assistant professor Zachary Morris noting that possibly “1.35 million people are missing out” on benefits they may be eligible for.
