The Case for Reform

Entitlement reform was a big ticket item in the last election with the talk surrounding Obamacare. Republicans were, and to a degree still are, aggressively touting alternatives to this system. Since then talk has dwindled and reform has fallen by the wayside as a hot political topic. It is just as, if not more, important that ever as Social Security, Medicare, and other programs eat up more and more of the budget each year. Social Security has become infamous for its solvency issue in  the wake of the stagnant COLA increases of the past few years.
