The retirement prospects of four generations of workers
According to a recent survey, 60 percent of workers have made adjustments due to the pandemic-related financial strain, and 82 percent are saving for retirement. The survey findings illustrate the retirement outlook of workers across four generations: Baby Boomers, Millennial, Generation X, and Generation Z and found, “given the magnitude of challenges workers have faced during the pandemic, it is truly remarkable that they have maintained focus on their future retirement.” For more details of the findings of the largest and longest-running surveys of its kind, click here…
