The Retirement Rollover Flexibility Act - 401K Specialist

The Retirement Rollover Flexibility Act was reintroduced in both the House of Representatives and the U.S Senate on December 4, 2025. This bipartisan, bicameral legislation will allow retirement savers to roll over their Roth IRA savings into a Roth account within a workplace retirement plan. “It could also help with consolidation of assets, reduce duplicative fees, and simplify retirement savings while helping families save more for the future, said Rep.
