The ripple effect of the U.S. Department of Justice vs. Commonwealth of Virginia settlement continues with the work of the Commonwealth’s Waiver Design Advisory Committee (WDAC) The committee is made up of a variety of stakeholders and professionals tasked with framing the overhaul of waiver services in Virginia.
