How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected the Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) movement? Will it destroy it or just reshape it? Many of the members of the movement have no experience with a serious downtown so this could serve as a valuable lesson on how to handle them in the future. Will you simply adjust the safe withdrawal rate with your portfolio value or temporarily go back to your pre-retirement career?
