Yes, Social Security checks and SSI checks will continue to be paid
The Social Security Administration Commissioner, Andrew Saul, wants to remind the public that Social Security and Supplemental Security Income benefit payments will continue to be paid on time during the pandemic. Also, the agency wants to remind people to be vigilant of scammers who try to take advantage of the pandemic to trick people into providing personal information or payment to maintain their Social Security benefit payments or receive economic impact payments from the Department of the Treasury.
