Baby Boomers Learning from Millennials

Mentoring has always been a big part of the work place in that the veteran employees show the newer employees the ropes and make sure they integrate well in to the company. These days, however, the roles are reversing in one aspect. Millennials are being used to teach Baby Boomers how to navigate newer technology in many companies across the U.S. Millennials have grown up in the biggest part of the tech boom and have a knack for keeping up with all the new shiny things being pumped out by the tech industry. Millennials are being used to show the veterans workers how to use technology in areas such as social media and other areas they may not be familiar with.
