Age Discrimination in the Work Place

Baby Boomers pioneered ageism in the 60s and now it’s come back to bite them. The newer generations have turned the tables against the aging boomers who are now trying to fight back against the problem they created. As more and more people find themselves needing to work in retirement, ageism is a very real problem that must be addressed. There are many ways to go about the problem, but it starts with addressing it as a problem that needs a solution.
