What Baby Boomers are Passing Down

Each new generation builds off the ideals and aspirations of their parents’ generation. The Baby Boomers adopted the work ethic of their parents and supplemented it with their own ideals of self fulfilment. They have since passed that down to the Millennials who are inserting their own twist on it. One more thing that Baby Boomers have passed down is the importance of family and friendship. Boomers may have been defined by their work ethic and pursuit of the American Dream, but they realized that in that pursuit they were sacrificing other important aspects of their life that they now warn their children about.
