New Ways to Vacation in Retirement

Baby Boomers are by far the most active generation in retirement. They are traveling more, going out more, and even creating whole communities that rival the night life of most college towns. This life style can be expensive, however, so costs saving practices are always welcome. One start up company is making waves in the area of travel and vacation a la AirBnB. This company connects those who are looking to travel with others looking to travel to their area to serve as house sitters. These house sitters are offered housing for their stay in exchange for looking after pets and daily upkeep. This cuts down on accommodation costs such as hotels or rentals and allows those with a lot of free time and limited income the chance to travel as much as they like to.
